You must submit your Claim Form on-line no later than Friday, May 15, 2020, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than Friday, May 15, 2020.
Final Approval Hearing Date
Wednesday, June 3, 2020
The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2020, to be conducted telephonically before the Honorable Ellen Segal Huvelle at 2 p.m. You are welcome to listen in on the proceeding.
